Allergy Support from Tibetan Herbs is blended from a mixture of herbs and plants, just as all of our natural remedies are. These 100% organic ingredients are harvested from the lush mountainous regions of Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan and Ladakh. The Allergy Support formula is a blend of Angelica and Tribulus terrestris in careful proportion with five other regular and rare authentic herbs.

These ingredients combine to create a blend to relieve the symptoms of many types of allergies. It relieves the symptoms of hay fever and allergic asthma by strengthening the body’s immune system. It helps with allergies caused by dust and pets along with a variety of parasitic infections. Punica granatum restores weak digestive heat, corrects indigestion and loss of appetite, and it is used for all forms of coldness related disorders and stress disorders of the lungs.
Angelica archangelica is used for restoring kidney heat, correcting anemia, debility, fluid retention in the joints, stomach disorders, first stage dropsy and for stress disorders.
Elletaria cardamomum is used for renal disorders, stress disorders and digestive system associated imbalances, polyuria and degenerative digestive heat.
Piper longum is used for impaired digestive heat, digestive system and stress disorders combined imbalances, asthma and pneumo-splenic disease.
Tribulus terrestris is useful in balancing coldness disorders of the kidneys and waist region, coldness stress disorders, eczema, first stage dropsy, dysuria, arthritis and diseases of lymph.
Crocus sativus is used for all types of inflammation, gout, arthritis and skin disorders.
Mirabilis himalaica restores loss of kidney heat, debility, first stage dropsy and reduces excess accumulation of lymph in the joints.

Dosage: Take two pills each morning. The Allergy Support formula begins to work from the first day. You will see additional benefits with each day of use. For chronic allergy problems, the formula is generally taken for a 30 day period. Once you are balanced, you can discontinue using this remedy. Chew or crush the pills before taking with warm water. Serving size: 2 pills (1312mg); Servings per container: 30. Do not exceed daily dosage. Keep out of the reach of children.

Do you have natural remedies for weight loss?
You can try the Digestion or the Liver remedies to lose weight. People tend to gain a lot of weight because of eating excess sugar and other cool-natured foods that reduce digestive heat in the stomach. Low digestive heat causes more food to be converted into fat rather than blood. The remedies increase digestive heat and balance the liver so that the stomach becomes normal and converts food properly. Also, taking a glass of warm water with a "small" spoon of honey half an hour before each meal helps to melt excess fat.

Why are the Tibetan remedies made up of different herbs rather than a single herb?
Our natural remedies are uniquely formulated according to traditional Tibetan medical texts so that all the herbs are in a balanced state. Balanced remedies address not only immediate symptoms but also underlying causes.

Can I swallow the remedies?
You should not swallow the remedies whole. You must chew or crush them before taking them with water.

Can I take the remedies with my other medications?
Yes, you can take the remedies with your other medications. Please keep a break of at least two hours between the two.

Are there any interactions between Tibetan natural remedies and conventional medications?
No interactions have been known to occur.

Can the remedies be given to infants and toddlers?
The remedies cannot be given to infants. For toddlers and children up to age 15, the dosage should be reduced by half. For example, if regular dosage is one pill, then the child dose is half of a pill.

Are the remedies free from preservatives and chemicals?
Yes, the remedies are 100% natural. No preservatives, artificial colors, additives or chemicals have been used in the formulation process.

Can I take two different remedies at the same time?
No, you cannot take two different remedies at the same time.

Which product is right for me, I have multiple symptoms?
We suggest that you take the product that relates to your primary concern. Since our formulas work comprehensively, it also helps related disorders.

Can I take two different remedies in conjunction with each other?
Yes, you can take two different remedies in conjunction with each other, but they must be taken separately. For example, Parkinson's support and Nerve support are both to be taken in the morning as listed on the bottle. What you can do is take Nerve Support in the morning and Parkinson's Support in the afternoon/evening, or vice versa. There should be a minimum difference of four to five hours when taking two different Tibetan remedies.

If you feel well with our remedies, then you can gradually stop taking the other medications. Please note that this decision is entirely up to you.

How long should I take the remedies?

How do the remedies taste?
The remedies have many different acceptable tastes. If you do not like the tastes, you can take them with juice or any other sweet liquid.

How do your formulas work?
Our formulas work by balancing the three interdependent energies of Vital wind, Bile, and Phlegm that are in disharmony when illness occurs. This Vital wind/Bile/Phlegm concept is quite similar to Indian Ayurvedic hatta-pitta-dosha and Chinese yin-yang-qi.

Are the remedies easy to chew?
Yes, the remedies are easy to chew. You can also break up the pills in a piece of clean cloth and take the fine powder with warm water. Tibetan pills do not come in powdered capsule form because they would lose their original potency.

When can I take the pills - before, after, or together with food?
You can take the pills ten minutes before or ten minutes after a meal.

How should I feel when I take the Tibetan natural remedies?
You will notice that your health is balancing and you feel relaxed and happier.
