Do you have natural remedies for weight loss?
You can try the Digestion or the Liver remedies to lose weight. People tend to gain a lot of weight because of eating excess sugar and other cool-natured foods that reduce digestive heat in the stomach. Low digestive heat causes more food to be converted into fat rather than blood. The remedies increase digestive heat and balance the liver so that the stomach becomes normal and converts food properly. Also, taking a glass of warm water with a "small" spoon of honey half an hour before each meal helps to melt excess fat.

Why are the Tibetan remedies made up of different herbs rather than a single herb?

The remedies cannot be given to infants. For toddlers and children up to age 15, the dosage should be reduced by half. For example, if regular dosage is one pill, then the child dose is half of a pill.

What you can do is take Nerve Support in the morning and Parkinson's Support in the afternoon/evening, or vice versa. There should be a minimum difference of four to five hours when taking two different Tibetan remedies.

Are the remedies easy to chew?
Yes, the remedies are easy to chew. You can also break up the pills in a piece of clean cloth and take the fine powder with water. Tibetan pills do not come in powdered capsule form because they would lose their original potency.

When can I take the pills - before, after, or together with food?
You can take the pills ten minutes before or ten minutes after a meal.
